People with home contents insurance often won't have to pay for baggage insurance when they go on holiday according to the AA.
The group say there are a number of things holiday makers can do to avoid adding to their vacation debt and making the most of their current insurance is one of them.
Home contents insurance will often cover consumers against losing their possessions when they take them out of the house. Therefore baggage insurance becomes an unneccessary expense.
