More people than ever in the UK are car sharing, as the cost of fuel and other motoring expenses continue to push many consumers towards debt.
According to research from the AA 47% of UK consumers are considering selling their car and sharing one vehicle with their partners or relatives.
60% of that number say that the main reason for sharing is to cut-costs, with only 30% stating concerns over the environment and carbon emissions.
