Household fuel bills are forcing many consumers to consider an IVA or Individual Voluntary Arrangement, according to new findings.
The CAB are so concerned that they've stepped in to pressure the governement into addressing the problem sooner rather than later.
The group want fuel providers to do more to ensure customers receive the service they need quicker, and the government to make sure benefits are made available to poorer consumers.
