According to the latest official figures, the number of people in the UK filing for personal bankruptcy is, yet again, on the increase.
Statistics released by The Insolvency Service showed that more than 30,000 people in England and Wales became bankrupt or insolvent in the first three months of 2007 alone, up almost a quarter on the same period in 2006.
Projected figures claim that by the end of 2007, a massive 130,000 people in England and Wales will have become bankrupt or insolvent.
